You can get help in a variety of ways.

Agent Help

You can get help from an Agent for problematic players or items by using report or complain.

An alternative route is to use the Help link in the upper right corner of Whirled and then click on the Contact Us link in the tab header.

/help

The /help command details quick information about chat commands.

Help from Other Players

You can get help from other players with general questions, bugs and item creation issues in the following groups: Brave New Whirled, Bug Hunters, Whirled Builders, and Whirled Coders.
