Share/Invite friends

The Invite Friends interface.

If you'd like to invite friends to join Whirled, go to the Me tab, select the Friends link in the blue bar and click on the orange "Invite Them!" button.

You can learn about the Affiliate Program, send email invitations to your friends, and get a simple link for your friends to use to join.

For email invitations, you can import addresses from your email account if you use:

MSN Hotmail<br> Yahoo<br> Gmail<br> AOL<br> Lycos<br> RediffMail<br>

.Mac<br> mail.com<br> FastMail.FM<br> Web.de<br> MyNet.com<br>

The invitation email will come from a threerings.net server. The standard text of the email looks like this:

From: <YOUR_ACCOUNT EMAIL><br> To: <YOUR_FRIEND'S_EMAIL><br> Subject: <YOUR_SUBJECT_LINE> "<YOUR_MESSAGE>" <YOUR_FRIEND'S_NAME>, You have been invited to join Whirled, the exciting player-created online<br> world of games, chat and endless adventure. If your friends join through your email invitation links, they will automatically be added as your friend.

You can get cool graphics for a link by going to your Me tab &rarr; Share Whirled or share Whirled in other ways. <noinclude></noinclude>
