How do I change my Flex and Flash location once I've set that?
You can edit the build.properties under the \whirled directory. Warning: only modify this file if you know what you are doing.
I get an "Unable to locate tools.jar." error every time I compile anything, is it harmful?
This happens to many folks in Windows and it does not affect your ability to compile working items. You can get rid of the error by copying tools.jar to the directory specified or finding a JRE install that has that file, but it is not necessary.
