ActionScript 2.0

Any code you want to run across the Whirled server requires ActionScript 3.0, which is not included in Flash MX. To access AS3, you need to upgrade to Flash CS3 (also known as Flash 9) or CS4 (also known as Flash 10).

What you can code with ActionScript 2.0 using Flash MX:

Games:

• Local, single-player games (no trophies, coins or prizes)

Toys:

• Locally interactive toys (no Whirled memory)

Avatars:

• Animated avatars with 1 scene

Pets:

• Animated, stationary 'pet' furniture

Backdrops:

• Animations, local keyboard interaction

Furniture:

• Animations, local interaction
