Shop

The shop tab located at the top of your screen allows you to purchase items uploaded by other members of the community. The main page displays popular selections from the various areas of the shop.

If you really like an item, you can add it to your favorites list by clicking on the heart on its listing page.

Coin-listed items may be purchased with coins or bars. Bar-listed items can only be purchased with bars.

Categories

Items in the Shop are divided into categories describing their use. Items can also be tagged to further describe them for searching.

Avatars - visual representations of players used when they are in rooms
Furniture - objects used to decorate rooms
Backdrops - backgrounds for rooms
Toys - interactive objects
Pets - interactive roaming objects
Games (also known as launchers) - for playing and adding to rooms
Images - for using in Whirled posts, remixable items, and for decorating rooms
Music - for adding to rooms for background music
Videos - for adding to rooms

Purchases

To purchase, choose a category and select the item you are interested in. The list can be sorted by rating, high/low price, purchases, popularity and date it was added.

Test an avatar out in the shop. Note: The add & remove tags interface is only available for the item's creator and experienced players.

You can test the different animations from the item page before purchasing. You can also rate items by clicking on the rating stars under the image and leave a comment by clicking on "Post Comment". Ratings help determine which items show up on the main page of the Shop section.
